As I said before, I am kind of surprised by how many books I read. I actually did a reading challenge. The goober readathon. I think I did pretty well with it. I think I managed to hit 33 points. The biggest issue I had was that I wasn’t sure if I could double-dip on some of the prompts, so I kind of ran out of things to do. I also just focused on what books were calling to me.

Also, this month, I switched from my Kindle to a Kobo. My Kindle was older and starting to annoy me. So I switched to Kobo. I have so far loved it. Annotating on the Kobo is so much better than on the Kindle. I have been having a bunch of fun with it. It could also be why I spent more time reading this month.

I have something to confess. I didn’t work on my book sweater at all this month. So, I don’t have an update on it. I will post a quick update on it when I get a chance to catch up…. I can’t believe I forgot to crochet it. I have been working on a bunch of other projects, which have made me put things aside… My kiddos have asked me to make stuffies for friends’ birthday gifts, and I can’t say no to that! I love homemade things!

Okay, now that I have rambled a bit…. Let’s get to my June TBR. June is Pride Month, and I will also be attending a St.Cloud Pride event. Since it is Pride Month, I want to read the rainbow again. The big thing there is I don’t want to have to pick those books, but here are a couple I have to read.

Wait with Me by Amy Daws – Book club book.

Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury – Banned Book Club

The Faraway Inn by Sarah Beth Durst – On my TBR

I will post on my TikTok as I read the colors. I am going to try to go in rainbow order, so I have to start with red! So stay tuned for that. Do you think I can manage to do it this year? I think I can!

Bring on June and happy reading!
