Meet The Artist Behind You So Sassy

Diane Farleo is being all the pottery and bags here in Hearthside Books. You might know her as You So Sassy! Since a young age this Minnesota native has always loved art. She first took an into to pottery class in college and fell in love. Her love of pottery grew even more later in life when she took a class at the local art studio in St. Cloud. There she re- fell in love with pottery and started to grow.

While she creates she enjoys listening to music, classic rock to country. Something she wants you to know is that her art is personal. While she is creating her mind is empty of anything other than happiness. She really loves what she makes and hope that you do too! She decided to sell her art because her family couldn’t handle the amount that she was creating and loves when people see her work and it makes them happy.

When she’s not in the studio she can be found chasing after her grandkids and also reading. She loves reading adventure, romance, and mysteries. Some of her favorite authors include Nora Roberts, Freida Mcfadden and AW Powers. If she could recommend a book or series it would have to be ‘The Housemaid’ series by Freida Mcfadden. She couldn’t put them down and loved all the twists and turns.
