An online book club that I am part of selected this book, and at first, I wasn’t going to read it. Science Fiction is not my favorite, but I was pleasantly surprised with a previous pick, so I decided to give it a chance, and oh my gosh, I am so glad that I did. I found this book to be both interesting and exciting. It’s a perspective I’ve never encountered before. When I was reading it, I tried hard to tell people about it and how crazy everything in the book is. I kept going on and on about werewolves, Dracula, and spider droids. I couldn’t grasp the concept correctly. I enjoyed the relationship between Demeter and Stewert. It was so fun to read their arguments. Also, each character was well thought out. Seriously, give this book a chance. It’s also all over TikTok, so if you don’t listen to me, someone else will tell you to read it.
